Spiritual Certifications

  • Alan will never knowingly perform a card reading session for anyone under the age of 18 unless parental permission is given (via signed paperwork). Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent.

  • The laws regarding psychic and spiritual advice change from country to country, state to state: Alan takes responsibility to learn and adhere to local laws.

  • Alan accepts that card reading sessions are not to be used as a substitute for medical advice and agrees not to give medical advice; He will always encourage his client to seek the correct medical professional.

  • Alan will never conduct a card reading session under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering illegal drugs.

Code of Practice and Ethics

  • Alan will always have his client’s best interest at heart (even if they are family or friends).

  • Alan will never use any threatening language to clients, about clients, or share premonitions or predictions that may suggest fearful experiences, harmful behavior, or death. This includes language around curses, punishment from angels or a higher power, or warnings that could be damaging or include implications to lifestyle or life.

  • If you feel the session is not working for you or is not what you expected, you have every right to call it to an end. We invite you to know this within the first 15-20 mins of the session and a full refund will be offered. If you do not say anything at the time Alan cannot offer a refund at a later time.

  • The space Alan creates within any session is a safe and sacred space and as such will only be a place of LIGHT and LOVE and not a place of judgement.

  • All card reading sessions schedule changes must be made 72 hours in advance or you will be charged the full rate for your scheduled reading appointment.

IN PERSON SESSIONS:

  • Alan will never conduct a card reading session for anyone under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering or illegal drugs — He will always ask for honesty. These sessions can be emotionally draining or can cause clients to lose emotional or mental control. If Alan is unsure or becomes aware that the client is under the influence, he will immediately end the session, offering a full refund if there has been a financial exchange.

ON-LINE SESSIONS:

  • You are responsible for the time and date of your session. Please note that our system will offer you Alan’s availability based upon your selected time zone. All card reading sessions will take place on Zoom and therefore it is important to acquaint yourself with this application if you are unfamiliar.

  • If you fail to show up for your session, you’ll be considered a “No Show” and will be charged for 100% of the cost of your service as well.
